We are wrapping up our vacation tonight with a Padres game. Here is a shot (deleted) of the Brewers taking batting practice. I'm surprised by how many Padres fans I've seen; at least a dozen so far ;).
For inquiring minds: the team name Padres (spanish for Priest) symbolizes the heritage of the Catholic Mission San Diego de Alcala which was founded in the 1700's. Their mascot is a friar, which can be found on various team logos or uniforms.
